Retail Return Policy
At Create IT we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are unsatisfied with your Create IT purchase, we’ll happily accept returns within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please reach out via our [email protected] with your order number, the product(s) you would like to return, and the reason for your return.
- All shipping and handling fee's will be deducted from your refund.
- After your return is accepted and processed, you can expect your refund within 14 business days.
- Refunds will only be credited to the original payment method.
- Please note that products purchased from createItinc.com must be returned to Create IT and cannot be returned to a Create IT salon or any other authorized account.
- If you purchased your products from an authorized salon, they are covered under our product warranty policy. Please contact the retailer directly regarding their return/exchange policy.
